Fofi Kouka was born in Athens. He studied design and composition at the ABC School of Fine Arts in Paris with professor Fanis Galanos. At the same time he attended the Soft Pastel technique in the painting workshop of Botis Thalassinos. He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts in the workshops of N. Kessanli and D. Mytaras.

Her works can be found in the Folklore Museum of Crete, in the Museum “G. Vorres”, as well as in private collections both at home and abroad. From 1990 to 1996 he was the organizer and artistic director of Gallery “Bosch” (sponsor of Fine Arts with scholarships in Germany).
