Peritexnis.gr informs you about the availability of the products that are displayed on our site, as well as about the delivery days of your order, depending on the shipping method you chose. In exceptional cases (deficiencies or delays) you will be informed by customers care by phone or email. You can find on our site products that interest you and select them for inclusion in the cart. When you have completed your purchases, go to the shopping cart and fill in the prerequisites to complete your order. You will first need to enter your payment method, document type and personal information. After completing the process you will receive a confirmation email. - Through the call center

PAYMENT METHODS
An order can be paid in the following ways:
- Payment upon Receipt. Pick up your order from our store, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 9:00 to 15:00 & Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 09:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 at Karatheodori 18 Peristeri, Athens and pay upon receipt.
- With your credit card through the secure transaction system of Eurobank Bank (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards accepted). Our online store supports interest-free installments of Credit Cards bearing the indication MasterCard or Visa. From 50 € -150 € there can be 3 interest-free installments, from 150 € -300 € there can be 6 interest-free installments, from 300 € -600 € there can be 9 interest-free installments and over 600 € there can be 12 interest-free installments. American express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners credit cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard debit cards and Visa, Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted at peritexnis.gr. If you choose to pay by credit card, for some of these cards you have the possibility of repaying the amount through up to 12 installments. Debit or Prepaid as well as Paypal cards, Do not support installments. The charge in this case is made with a one-time payment (One installment).
- Cash on delivery to our carrier or to the courier company (Speedex courier). When the delivery is made by Speedex courier, the cash on delivery is charged 3 € in the total cost of the order of independent destination. Cash on delivery is not valid for shipments used by a transport agency (bulky shipments outside the prefecture of Attica) and payment must be made by credit card or by transfer or PayPal.

Send the deposit receipt by email to ca@peritexnis.gr, indicating an ID number, order number or billing name, and we will send you your order as soon as it appears in the bank.
RETURN-CANCELLATIONS
Our company gives you the right to return products within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Product returns are divided into defective and non-defective
Regarding Defective products:
Defective are the products that are of poor quality, worn or damaged, or for any reason have been sent by mistake of ours (wrong pricing, wrong quantity wrong size etc).
In all of the above cases, the company is obliged to replace the defective products if the following conditions apply:
- -You have contacted our company either by phone or via Email at ca@peritexnis.gr and you have stated that you have defective products within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- -The product to be replaced has not been used, has not been damaged by use and its packaging is in excellent condition.
- -The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt or invoice)
If the product to be replaced meets the above conditions then you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with the correct one without any further charge for you (shipping and handling costs are borne by our company)
Regarding NON-Defective products:
Non-defective are the products which have no defects, no external or internal wear and have been shipped correctly by us and according to your order
In this case, if for some reason you want to replace such a product, our company gives you the opportunity as long as the following conditions apply:
- -You have contacted our company either by phone or via Email at ca@peritexnis.gr and you have stated that you wish to change the product within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- -The product to be replaced has not been used, has not been damaged by use and its packaging is in excellent condition.
- -The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt or invoice). If the product to be replaced meets the above conditions then you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with any other product of your choice.
In this case you will be charged with the transport costs of receiving and sending the new one. In case the product is defective or has not been returned for replacement within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, our company does not undertake any replacement.
Order cancellation
Upon receipt of your order from us, you will be sent an informative email for the receipt, as well as for its stage of development.
Your order can be canceled in the following cases:
- Before completing it, during the electronic process you can stop at any time without any further process.
- If you have completed the order and the product has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at 2105777934 and one of our specialized partners will undertake the cancellation of your order
- If you have received the products of your order and you wish to cancel your order, contact us at 2105777934 or via ca@peritexnis.gr explaining the reasons for the cancellation and one of our specialized partners will inform you of all your options.
Money return
Peritexnis.gr gives you the possibility of a refund, if for any reason you do not wish to receive an order that you have already paid or for some reason you do not wish to change the defective goods with new ones. Please make sure to inform us by email at ca@peritexnis.gr and clearly explain the reason why you wish a refund. A necessary condition is the existence of a bank account in the banks that cooperate with us. In any case, the refund process is completed in about 6 days
SHIPPING
For the receipt of your orders our company cooperates with Speedex courier and the charges are shown below:
Cash on Delivery Cost: 3 euros
National shipping within Greece
Delivery Time: 1 – 3 working days
Shipping cost:
For purchases from 1 € to 150€:
-For products with dimensions up to 50cm x 70cm, the shipping cost is 5 euros.
-For products with dimensions larger than 50cm x 70cm, the shipping cost is 10 euros.
Free Delivery:
For orders over 150 €.
Availability
All the items that appear on the website peritexnis.gr show an indication of their availability and the time of their shipment. This way you are immediately informed about the ones that are immediately available and the ones that can be delivered on a specific date.
If, for any reason, a product cannot be shipped within the specified time period, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you of the new delivery date. If you think it does not suit you, you can cancel your order and if it has been paid, your money will be refunded within 2 days to a bank account of the banks that cooperate with us.
Force majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (strikes, rallies-mobilizations, bad weather conditions, etc.), your order can not be executed, we will inform you via email about the possible delivery date, and we will wait for your confirmation, for the completion of the shipment.
