Angelos Panagiotou was born in Farkadona of Trikala in 1943. He studied in the Art School next to G.Mavroidis (1962-1967). He exaggerated the artistic trends of his time. He sought to reconnect with the great models of the past (Renaissance and Baroque for the most part) and their style.

His work is anthropocentric and realistic. In combination with a supernatural light, which changes the elements of the painting into self-illumination. The anti-naturalist dark background surface, offers an ideal model that reflects its realistic mood and idealistic tendencies. As he intends, thus wanting to transcend the temporary and find the ideal timeless value through the enchanting narrative.

In his subjects he deals mostly with the human form and nature. As far as the human form is concerned, it has many combinations and not just portraits. The result is of a high standard with an exceptional unintended communication effect.

• Screen printing is the exact reproduction of limited copies of an original work.
• For reproduction, a silk grid is used stretched on a crate, hence the term Silkscreen, and as many crates as the colors of the work are used.
• The papers used for reproduction are cotton handmade 280-300gr type Fabriano.
• After the reproduction, the crates are destroyed by the painter to ensure the collectibility of the work.
• The Silkscreens are signed and numbered in pencil by the painter (numbering on the left and signature on the right) and are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
