Artist’s Curriculum Vitae
Lambrini Markou was born in 1981, lives and works as an artist and interior architect in Athens.
He is a graduate of Master of Visual Arts (2018). He studied visual arts at the 3rd Painting Workshop of the Athens School of Fine Arts. He graduated with honors in 2013. He attended through the Erasmus program a Master’s degree program at Central St. Martins College of the Arts, London in 2012.
He has been awarded by the State Airport of Athens – Eleftherios Venizelos for the realization of an art installation in the long-term public parking area of the State Airport of Athens (2012).
He also studied Interior Architecture at the Educational Technological Institute of Athens (2000-2005).
Her visual practice in painting attempts through abstraction to conceptually approach ideas and claims of both personal and universal interest. Alongside painting, he works with constructions, videos and installations in space.
